The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities designs, constructs, operates and maintains the Alaska state transportation systems, buildings, and other facilities. Ongoing services include provision for air, water and highway transportation; construction operation and maintenance of the state's two major international airports at Anchorage and Fairbanks; design, construction, operation, and maintenance of state buildings and relate facilities; and design and contraction performed for other departments of state government. |
