The West Coast Environmental Law Association (WCELA) has been operating an environmental law centre in British Columbia since 1974, and provides free legal advice to anyone in the province with environmental concerns. The WCELA web site contains links to British Columbia Statutes and Federal Statutes, as well as environmental news and publications. |
