The Hazardous Waste Consultant provides in-depth environmental guidance to industry, consultants and regulators. Published seven times per year, Hazardous Waste Consultant provides an integrated technological, economic, regulatory, and legal perspective to the industrial community's need for accurate environmental information. With its primary focus on the U.S. regulatory climate (RCRA, SARA, CERCLA, EPCRA), the publication evaluates hazardous waste management options for industry and provides those who manage hazardous waste with a complete perspective on the regulated environment.
The Hazardous Waste Consultant is organized into the following sections:
Regulatory Issues - Distills regulatory issues and provides analysis of both proposed and final regulations.
Legal Issues - Provides information about government enforcement activities, progress reports on important cases, and coverage of litigation (both state and federal level).
Technology/Economics - Analyzes new technology for control and disposal of hazardous substances, and provides information related to hazardous waste management.
Focus - Provides targeted, in-depth reports (analysis of new environmental laws, reviews of processes, products, and projects, and directories of commercial TSD facilities and equipment manufacturers).
