Industrial Pollutant Monitoring is a DOS package designed for POTW's to use in tracking their significant industrial dischargers. It has, among others, the following capabilities:
- Provides a detailed industrial record keeping system which includes addresses, permit number, SIC codes, production information, water usage, discharge limits, etc.
- Provides the ability to set upper and lower data entry limits for early error or violation detection.
- Ability to assign extra-strength surcharges to each unit of a pollutant treated, which in turn, can be charged back to the violating industry.
- The ability to print state industrial reports.
- Provides a Permit Limit Violations Report for any parameter an industry may have.
- Industrial billing report allows users to write standard letters for self-monitoring, effluent limit violations, compliance report due, late notification transmittal, and permit fee transmittals.
- Provides the ability to forecast when industry samples are due, based upon time schedules you define for each industry and parameter.
- Industry data can be tabulated and compared to the POTW influent to determine large quantity discharges.
- Extensive graphic capabilities, which include time series, single and multiple correlation graphs.
