This Windows software builds materials needed to exercise any/all spill response, emergency, disaster, hazmat, crisis, military, safety, radiological, security, medical and other contingency management plans. Plan AHEAD can be used to build the directive, messages, the script, narrative, evaluation forms, packets for each participant type, even thank you notes. The product includes help text and an exercise tutorial, and has "Tour Guides" to show how the product operates. Documents logistics, and tracks corrective actions. Shuttle Technology enables nonowners to share data entry workload, enabling exercise design team building. Build plans (planning exercises), train plan participants (functional exercise) and assure operational readiness (full-scale exercise). Follows the FEMA guidelines for exercise design and evaluation.
Commercial users include petrochemical, banking, manufacturing, telecoms, insurance, and more. Government accounts include: Bonneville Power, the IRS, 33 State offices of Emergency Management, VA Hospitals and many city and other jurisdictions.
