City Environmental operates a hazardous and nonhazardous waste treatment facility that can accept a wide variety of wastes including: wastewaters, contaminated soils, inorganics, organics, reactives, heavy metals, acids, caustics, oils, paint sludges, fluorescent lamps and ballasts, and household wastes. The facility can accept hazardous waste codes D001 - D043, F001 - F012 and F019 - F028, and many of the "K" codes. CERCLA waste can be accepted at the facility.
The facility also offers the following services: waste brokering, hazardous waste transportation, emergency response, and industrial cleaning. The facility is operating under an approved RCRA Part B Permit.
To be accepted into the facility for treatment, waste streams must be profiled by the generator, analyzed for required parameters, and formally accepted by the facility.
