MSDS Management allows you to immediately take control of a chemical's path the instant it enters your facility. It puts at your fingertips a powerful tool for collecting, organizing, and managing MSDS information and fulfills two primary compliance reporting functions, 1) provides hazard communication information for worker right-to-know requirements and 2) provides data on the chemicals in your inventory for regulatory reporting purposes.
A Microsoft Windows-based application, MSDS Management provides in electronic format all the tools needed to manage or change an MSDS. It gives you all the room you need to store each MSDS in its entirety...down to the last period. The system simplifies retrieval, ingredient searches and provides logic to the flow of data.
As a management tool, MSDS Management supports the ability to perform purchasing reviews, develop a cross reference of where materials are stored and used and remove duplicate records. The system will allow the user to group MSDS by hazard codes to streamline and simplify training as well as supply material exposure reports to HR.
With its open database architecture, MSDS Management can be used as a stand-alone application or it can be easily integrated with other "Next-Generation" CHEMTOX System modules to make it easy, and in some cases automatic, to share information. MSDS Management is the most comprehensive software tool available for managing chemical hazards in the workplace.
