The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has developed laboratory analytical test methods for air, water, soil, and sludges. A number of EPA laboratory analytical test methods can be purchased in electronic database format from ChemSW Inc. These electronic databases allow users to conduct searching by method number, analyte, title, type of instrumentation, CAS number, or by key words and phrases.

          The following EPA methods are available:

        • EPA Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) Methods
        • EPA Pesticide Methods
        • AIR Toxics Methods
        • EPA "Compendium of Methods for the Determination of Air Pollutants in Indoor Air"

          Each set of methods can be purchased separately, or the entire package can be purchased together as one set. In addition, the EPA methods can be purchased in combination with DOE, OSHA and NIOSH methods packages. An electronic methods demo is available for downloading at no cost from the ChemSW web site.
