EPADOC is a CD-ROM which contains many documents of interest to the EPA community. These documents range from the full text of important environmental legislation to internal EPA, Office of Information Resources Management (OIRM), and Enterprise Technology Services Division (ETSD) policy and related documents. EPADOC was developed to serve as a reference for EPA employees and employees of EPA business partners, but it may also be useful to other governmental or private organizations who deal with the EPA. EPADOC employs FOLIO search and retrieval software, and has a limited number of documents in .PDF format for access by Adobe Acrobat (Acrobat reader included on the CD-ROM).
EPADOC is available for the public to purchase from the Government Printing Office (GPO). Technical prerequisites include an IBM PC or PC Clone with 512 KB memory (minimum), a VGA or EGA monitor, CD-ROM Player, DOS Version 3.0 or higher, and Microsoft CD-ROM Extensions. Installation instructions are included with EPADOC.
