RGLs are issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as a means of providing written guidance on a range of topics such as: Wetland Jurisdictional Determination; Water Quality Consideration; Superfund Projects; Agricultural Conversion; Landclearing Activities; NEPA; and Permitting Activities. A listing can be obtained from the ACOE which contains the subject, issue date, expiration date, and identification number for each RGL. In addition, the ACOE maintains an online listing of RGLs through the Sacramento District Regulatory Home Page. RGLs are listed by year from 1982 through 1996. The full text of each RGL can be obtained by clicking on the desired title using a standard web browser. |
