EIS provides access to approximately 9000 citations to literature that includes analysis of food contaminants and additives and their effects on health. This database covers published and unpublished documents in the collection of the Epidemiology Unit of the Food and Drug Administration's Bureau of Foods, and other documents identified through literature searches.
