Right of way refers to the land on which infrastructure is built (such as a highway, a pipeline, or an airport). Topics of the information links and lists offered at the site include the following: organizations, government agencies, employment, a calendar of courses and events, publications, eminent domain, conservation, property rights, railroads, transportation, pipelines, utilities, and a glossary of terms.
