Technology Description:

Our solvent recovery system is the newest and most advanced system on the market simply because it is quicker, safer, and ?smarter? than other comparable machines. DSC has developed a process that separates and recycles solvent components from hazardous waste. Our SRS recovers virtually 100% of the solvents from the waste; therefore, the solvents can be used again and again. And the purity of the solvents is at such a high level that even semiconductor and pharmaceutical companies can reuse them. Another benefit of our SRS is our ?dry? residual. What remains after the process is a powder, (or a solvent/solid sludge if the client prefers) which is free from toxic solvents. Additionally, our systems require far less operator interaction than any other machine on the market. Every morning, just push the 'start' button and you are done - it will even shut itself off. We have designed our systems with full-automation, ease of maintenance, and safety in mind.

Limitations:

Our units recover from 7 gallons per hour to unlimited volumes. We are very efficient with almost no operator interaction necessary.
