The Environmental Professional (EP) Roundtable Discussion is an electronic forum for active environmental professionals interested in the exploring the world of Internet communications. EP is hosted by the National Association of Environmental Professionals (NAEP) and the University of Colorado at Boulder’s Communications for a Sustainable Future (CSF).
Your (free) subscription puts you on the e-mail distribution list so you can receive all messages.
A number of discussion "threads" are pursued on EP, all of which are generally applicable to environmental management in today's rapidly evolving workplace:
- how to apply new tools and technology for more cost-effective environmental management and impact assessment?
- how are trends, policies, and regulations shaping the environmental profession?
- how to use the Internet for modern Interdisciplinary Team management and professional association communications?
- how to form virtual teams to pursue competitive contracts?
- where to find reliable information sources on the World Wide Web?
- is it possible to develop a completely virtual Environmental Impact Assessment?
They are also open to general news applicable to NAEP members and environmental management in general, discussion of specific environmental technology, and questions about the Internet. Notices and queries for information are welcome.
