Chemical Waste Management operates a rotary kiln incinerator facility for hazardous wastes that can accept waste types such as: PCBs (any concentration), organics, pesticides, reactives, halogenated and nonhalogenated solvents, heavy metals, acids, caustics, and oils. Waste streams can be neutralized at the facility also.
The facility is operating under an approved RCRA Part B Permit, a TSCA Permit, and can accept CERCLA wastes.
Wastes can be delivered to the facility in drums, tanker trucks, and by rail (a rail spur is near the facility).
For waste streams to be accepted at the facility, the wastes must be profiled by the generator, analyzed for the required parameters, and formally accepted by the facility.
