RootX is a foaming agent that kills roots in pipes and inhibits regrowth. Any size pipe can be treated. The product is accepted for use by the EPA in all 50 states.
A foam is created when RootX contacts water. The foam fills the pipe, or septic tank, contacting and killing roots. RootX can be delivered by several methods, including the FDU 100 and the vacuum approach. Applications for RootX include storm sewers, sanitary sewers, septic tanks, laterals, and other situations where roots need removal.
