          Indiana has adopted Federal EPA regulations in addition to their state asbestos regulations.

          The following agencies/entities have asbestos-related regulatory and enforcement responsibilities in Indiana:

          A. The Indiana Department of Environmental Management, Office of Air Management, Asbestos Section (contact phone (317) 232-8416) is involved in the following state/federal asbestos enforcement/requirements:
