This web site offers for downloading, compressed (zipped) files containing computer code for the air quality dispersion models identified by the categories listed below. The last category contains programs related to air quality modeling such as the pre- and post-processing of data for input and output to the models respectively. Most compressed files contain readme text files and input/output test cases for execution verification on the user's computer. The size in kilobytes and the format of each file is listed in parentheses at the end of each file description. Some files have an additional identification of Lahey or Microsoft. This refers to the Fortran compiler that was used to compile the executable code contained within the compressed file. If this identification is not present, Microsoft can be assumed. Most of the models offered are identified by acronyms which are familiar to staff in State and local air pollution control agencies and consultants working with the industrial community. Questions concerning a model and its applications can be answered by reading the user's guides found in that area of this web site. The user's guides are identified with the same acronym as the model it relates to. In cases where user's guides are not available on this homepage, they can be obtained from the National Technical Information Service. Also, a readme text file including operating information is included in the model/program zipped files offered. Contains over 150 models in categories including:
