The NYWEA is a non-profit, environmental and educational organization. Founded in 1929, the membership is comprised of consulting engineers, scientists, wastewater facility managers and operators, academicians, students and environmental lawyers. The primary mission of the NYWEA is to preserve and enhance New York's water environment. Through its local chapter meetings and statewide meetings, members learn about new technology and environmental management. |
