How To Access The Data
1. Use of these databases can be obtained through subscription to CIS. Online access to the databases for CIS subscribers is available through the Internet via Telnet or through SprintNet via modem. Access costs include the annual subscription along with an hourly database access fee (which varies depending upon which database is accessed).
2. Non-subscribers can request fee-based valet searches of the CIS databases.
