Technology Description:

Aurora AI 1000/2000-Isothermal Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption/Plasma Furnace Emission Spectrometer is a state-of-art instrument that utilizes a transversely heated furnace in combination with a patented technology of plasma furnace emission in the analysis of metals and non-metals. It is also equipped with a XYZ (3-dimensional) autosampler that can hold more than 180 samples at one time. When the AI 1000/2000 is equipped with an AI 4000 auto sample processing station, on-line sampling of analyte at a site is feasible for instant measurement of concentration.

          AI 3300 Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer is multi channel vapor detection equipment. Trace levels of metals such as Hg, As, Se, Cd, Pb, Sn, Zn can be determined without matrix interference. The wide linear dynamic range (of 3 orders) meets various constituent of the sample. Also, AI 3300 can be connected to an AI 4000 Auto Sample Processing Station.
Performance Status/
Limitations:

For the AI 1000/2000 the presence of sample matrix may prevent the distinction between the analytical signals. Zeeman background may be required and this instrument is not equipped with this feature.

          For AI 3300, only the metals As, Bi, Cd, Ge, Hg, Pb, Sb, Se, Sn, Te and Zn can be determined.
