Abstract:

ABC has been assisting states and provinces with environmental certification programs since 1972. Membership consists of over 70 certifying authorities, representing over 30 states and 9 Canadian provinces totaling over 100,000 certified operators, analysts, and backflow prevention assembly testers. Seeks to provide an organization through which certifying authorities may communicate and cooperate in order to better discharge their responsibility to ensure the competence of environmental occupations and laboratories.
