Provides integrated solid waste services in North America to commercial, industrial, municipal and residential customers including waste identification, recycling, waste collection, and disposal services.
The Company operates a series of disposal facilities, including landfills, fuels blending, deep well injection, and incineration, for non-hazardous, special, and hazardous wastes.
Through the Company's Recycle America® and joint ventures, paper, glass, plastic and metal recycling services are offered to commercial and industrial operations as well as to residential customers.
Other services that Waste Management provides for municipalities and commercial customers include:
- Construction site services including roll-off containers
- Port-O-Let® portable sanitation services
- Special/outdoor event services including Crowd Pleaser® services
The Company also offers a National Accounts program. The Waste Management National Accounts program is designed to address the complex environmental service needs of large, national and regional customers. Based on the customer's individual needs, a customized, cost-effective service offering can be developed, implemented and managed through the coordinated efforts of the National Accounts Department and the Company's field sales and operations personnel.
