NETA is the international professional and educational membership society (non-profit) for environmental, health and safety trainers and training managers.
NETA's mission is to support, promote and provide peer support and recognition, current environmental, health and safety training information and programs, professional development and competency standards.
NETA and its members subscribe to the philosophy that people are the critical component to the effective implementation of environmental, health and safety programs. They have a professional responsibility to employ appropriate technology and to continually improve our training knowledge and skills for the benefits of people they train.
The Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) voluntary certification credential is a service of NETA. They also offer networking, conferences, training information and an Internet discussion group for all EHS training specialists.
NETA offers referrals to the most qualified EHS training consultants based on a user's specific requirements. |
