Some of the Yukon Statutes are available online through the ACJNet Web site listed above. Postings have been made at the completion of each session for the years 1991 through 1996. Some Yukon Regulations are also available online, including regulations pertaining to the Public Health Act, Wildlife Act, Yukon Placer Mining Act, Fuel Oil Tax Act, and the Forest Protection Act.
Printed copies of legislative documents such as acts and regulations are available for a nominal fee from the Queen's Printer. All Yukon statutes and regulations up to and including December 31, 1996 are available on CD-ROM from Queen's Printer. Additional information can be obtained through the Queen's Printer Web site or by contacting the Department of Justice or the Queen's Printer at the phone numbers below.
