Abstract:

The USDA Economics and Statistics System includes close to 100 reports from the Economic Research Service, National Agricultural Statistics Service and World Agricultural Outlook Board. The frequency of the reports vary from weekly to annual. Individuals can subscribe to the Reports Electronic Mailing List to receive the reports via electronic mail.

          The electronic mailing list provides quick and timely access to the agricultural and economic estimates that are available in the reports section of this system. Through this service, users will receive the reports of their choice within three hours of their publication via e-mail Please note that delivery time may take longer depending on factors, such as network speed and congestion. The reports are posted on the server and sent to the subscribers simultaneously.

          Individuals can subscribe to as many reports as desired by sending an e-mail subscription message. The following command needs to be in the BODY (not the subject line) of the message: subscribe report code. The subject line should be left blank.
