The Air Pollution Control Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE) makes available a number of forms and publications at their web site. These documents can be downloaded at no cost, and are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) or in WordPerfect Version 6.1. Users can click on the desired title to begin downloading. Available titles include:
- General Air Pollution Emission Notice Form
- Air Pollution Construction Permit or Permit Modification Form
- Natural Gas Dehydration Systems Air Pollution Emission Notice and Application Form
- Fugitive Dust Control Plan and Air Pollution Emission Notice Form
- Hazardous Air Pollutant Certification Form
- 1997 Vehicle Emissions Inspection and Maintenance Program Report
- 1995 Air Quality Data Report: this report can be downloaded as a whole or by chapter. Chapters include Carbon Monoxide, Ozone, Nitrogen Dioxide, Sulfur Dioxide, Particulate Matter, Lead, Sulfates, Nitric Acid, Visibility, Special Monitoring Studies, Toxic Air Pollutants, and Acid Deposition.
