Factory Mutual Research Corporation (FMRC) is involved with testing and approving products and services. FMRC has developed approval standards for a variety of products, including backflow preventers, check valves, waste containers, fire extinguishers, flammable liquid containers, intrinsically safe equipment, pipes, and tanks. The May 1995 Approval Standards Index presents an alphabetical listing by title/subject and a numeric listing by class number. A printed copy of this index may be requested from Factory Mutual at no cost. Printed copies of standards listed in the index can also be requested free-of-charge from Factory Mutual. |
