Data sets include: National Ocean Service Digital Hydrographic Database (NOSHB), which consists of depth, navigation features, (both manmade and natural), and bottom characteristics; ETOPO5, which is a data set of average elevations/de-pths for 5 arc-minute squares of latitude and longitude for the entire world; Geophysical Data System (GEODAS) trackline geophysical data base, which includes bathymetry, magnetics, gravity and seismic data; Geophysical Long Range ASDIC (GLORIA) Sidescan image data on CD-ROM; and hydrographic data from sources other than NOS.
NOSHB provides depth values, feature and bottom characteristic locations.
ETOPO5 provides mean elevation/depth, meters for 5-minute latitude-longitude square.
GEODAS provides depth (in meters), magnetic field intensity (in nannoteslas), and gravity data (in milligals).
GLORIA provides sidescan images.
Other hydrographic data provides depth information.
