The Region 2 Library serves Region 2 (New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands) and, via the EPA Library Network, OCLC and the Internet, as wide a user universe as possible. It is divided into several special collection areas: Law; Reference; Information Systems; Maps; Management Systems; Environmental Education; Waste Management; and Pollution Prevention.
