Technology Description:

The Testo 360 is a portable emissions monitor designed to perform long term (up to 30 days) testing of combustion gases. These gases include O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2. In addition to these parameters the Testo 360 also measures flow, and moisture which allows the 360 to calculate mass emissions with its on board Pentium computer. The Testo 360 weighs 45 pounds and will operate outdoors from -25 degrees F to 135 degrees F ambient conditions. The technologies employed include NDIR, Zirconium oxide sensors and electrochemical sensors, and a full peltier chiller system. Accuracies for all parameters are sufficient to perform certifications or to act as a back-up CEM.

          The testo 360 has successfully operated simultaneously with stack testing applications and full certification is expected shortly. Hydrocarbon analyzers are currently being developed to retro fit into the current Testo 360.
