Abstract:

The Pocket Visitor Guide is a generalized small-scale map of the forest that is formatted to accommodate a smaller fold size. The Pocket Visitor Guide includes the location of cities and towns, boundary lines, primary, secondary and significant roads accessing Forest Service facilities or points of interest, major lakes and streams, all lands administered by the Forest Service, recreation opportunities, Forest Supervisor's Offices, District Rangers Stations, and Visitor Centers. The Pocket Visitor Guide is updated on a regular basis.

The Guide is available through the Regional Public Affairs Office or at the Forest Supervisor or Ranger District Offices. This is an optional map and may not be available Forest Service-wide.

See the WWW site for regional contact information.
