The Public Lands Statistics program provides a national summary of key statistics for all of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands, at the state level in most cases. Data summarized include statistics on: mineral and surface ownership, grazing permits/leases, forest utilization, wildlife populations, threatened and endangered species, and more. For additional information pertaining to a particular state or area, individuals may contact the Office of Public Affairs at the BLM in the state of interest. Information on obtaining BLM information is also available at the BLM World Wide Web site. |
