The Iowa Labor Division is responsible for administering and enforcing the labor law, and settling disputes between employees and employers. The Work Force Development helps to create a flexible structure to provide workforce development programs and resources to help Iowans address the needs of remaining competitive in the global market, as well as improving the quality of life of Iowans. |
