TAPP is a database of thermochemical and physical properties of pure chemical compounds. It contains properties for over 11,000 solid compounds and over 6,000 fluids, and includes data for both organic and inorganic compounds. The database also contains more than 1,500 binary and ternary phase diagrams.
TAPP features an easy-to-use interface that allows users to select compounds by picking the constituent elements from the Periodic Table. A search can be refined by searching for the name or part of the name of the compound, or by the number of carbon atoms in an organic compound. Compounds can also be searched for by property, such as: melting point, boiling point, density, thermal expansion coeffecient, Young's modulus, viscosity, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, and surface energy. Compound properties are displayed in a spreadsheet fashion, with values displayed at three different temperatures. Users can enter any temperature, and the properties of that compound are recalculated and displayed at that temperature. Likewise for gas compounds, properties can be recalculated at varying pressures as well.

TAPP is available for purchase from ESM. Go to the Web site listed below to get information or order the database software. Network license, site license and volume discount arrangements are available. TAPP runs on MacOS or Windows based computers.
