The American Welding Society (AWS) is the association of materials joining professionals. AWS provides quality products and services which will advance the science, technology, and application of materials joining throughout the world. AWS publishes the most comprehensive offering of welding and related process documents in the industry, including more than 140 industry codes and standards developed in accordance with ANSI. An annual catalog is available free of charge which lists references, procedure specifications, and standards and codes (e.g. Structural Welding Code - Sheet Steel) for various welding practices, all of which are available for purchase from AWS. This catalog is also available online at the AWS World Wide Web site, and can be keyword searched or browsed by category. |
