Earth Protection Services, Inc. (EPSI) is a full service recycling company which accepts hazardous lighting waste materials. EPSI has developed the in-house capability to do on-site retorting with proprietary equipment designed to safely process fluorescent, HID and other lamps and reduce them to their basic components. In addition, EPSI recycles PCB Ballasts by removing the PCB-containing materials (i.e., the capacitor and asphalt potting material surrounding the capacitor) for incineration or land disposal. EPSI also recycles used computer components.
