Phillips Services Corp. Hatfield, formerly Republic Environmental Systems Inc., provides a full range of hazardous waste and industrial waste services including: hazardous and nonhazardous waste treatment, HHW program, lead abatement service, resource recovery, groundwater and wastewater treatment, remedial action plans, real estate restoration (including Brownfields, land recycling projects), oil recycling, transportation services, and site remediation services. Phillips serves the central and northeastern regions of the U.S. as well as eastern Canada and the Caribbean.
TSDFs
There are three company owned facilities with treatment, storage and disposal (TSD) capabilities that can handle liquid and solid hazardous/non-hazardous drum and bulk waste, non-hazardous liquids, debris, solids, and hazardous waste transfer. Specialized services and details include: cyanide destruction, heavy metal stabilization, biological wastewater treatment, fuel blending, PCB storage and transfer, lab packaging acceptance, recycled creation of No. 4 industrial fuel oil, and recycled products for cement kilns.
Technical Services Group
The Technical Services Group is the most specialized of all the Phillips operations. It provides hands-on management related to the clean-up and containment of actual or threatened releases of hazardous materials into the environment on both a planned and emergency basis.
Transportation Services
Their hazardous waste transportation service for liquids and solids in drums or in bulk is permitted in 36 states. Transportation fleet includes 250 units; including: roll-offs, dump trailers 40' vans, vacuum tanks, VACTOR units.
